Jennifer Aniston on June 30, 2011 arriving for the “Horrible Bosses” Los Angeles premiere which was held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. Jen looked great for the event. She stepped out on the red carpet wearing a short black dress by Balenciaga. Her medium length layered blonde hair looked fantastic. Her boyfriend Justin Theroux was there for the premiere to support her.
